Date format do not support EEEE (day of week) #3

First thanks for your great plugin!

Btw I'm wondering whether it is possible to reuse logseq's date parser directly or use /today 🤔 so that you don't need to do it yourself 😄

@xxchan Unfortunately, I can't use it.

I do have plans to support EEE and EEEE in the near future though!
