Hi there!

Thank you for making this! I've been using this helpful plugin for a long time.

I noticed that slash commands and page-level word count feature have been changed in the last few releases, yet the README.md has not been updated for long. I have updated the README.md to provide clearer instructions, aiming to assist those who may have experienced confusion similar to mine. Hope it's helpful.
