Validation problem of translated field titles

To reproduce:

• pick Russian (will be an issue with many languages)
• Choose "Names" data type (first row).
• focus on the Title field and make a change

Result: shows an error to say the characters are invalid.

The error is wrong. It should permit any character in different languages.
