`undefined`'s appearing on very first generation #819

I've seen this a few times. Looks like a timing issue. Just clear your cache and from the homepage, select a few DTs, then click on the Start button to redirect to the generator. Sometimes the fields appear with undefined.

Refreshing the page or tweaking the data fixes it. Didn't see any errors.

Getting closer on this. But I'm going to pull it out of 4.1.2 because I need to get the blank page show-stopper bug out tonight. Will look at it in next version.

Fixed but the tour feature suffers from the same issue. Will update too.
