H2O updates #34

  1. Clean up SL.h2oboost a bit
  2. Disable the progress bar from continuously printing to the console (it still prints after finishing)
  3. Save the h2o model files to /home/outupt/ if learner was requested as output and h2oboost was specified (for use in post-hoc predictions)
  4. Fixes bug in predict.SL.h2oboost (still testing this locally)
