update throughout report_preamble with new options, add pop vimp to executive summary #5

This update should take care of the options and provide all of the objects we need for the report. I've also added population vimp to the executive summary.

I'm happy to take a stab at filling out the new report -- now that we have a nice system for adding/deleting paragraphs, I think it should be fairly straightforward to do.

Thanks. I’ve been working on the report. It’s almost done up to the variable importance bits. I’ll push a new version when I’ve finished debugging. Should be tomorrow or early next week.
