How to "REMOVE OldTwitterIM"? #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make install
2. pidgin
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get "Please re-add Twitter protocol

Twitter plug-in from Microblog-Purple has been undergo important upgrades,which 
makes it incompatible with the old plug-in

To upgrade, please REMOVE "OldTwitterIM", then RE-ADD "TwitterIM" back

Sorry for any inconvenience, and enjoy your twitter-er experience"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I have no idea how to "REMOVE OldTwitterIM". I tried by deleting my Twitter 
account but, when I want to add one, I get a list where there is only 
"OldTwitter IM" no "New Twitter".

same problem happens to for the last 2 days.... and just now I found out this 
message!! (I was trying to reenable the connection....). I am using Pidgin 
2.10.7 (libpurple 2.10.7) - Twitgin 0.3.0 on ubuntu 13.04 (gnome-shell)
