What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an identi.ca account
2. Login without saving your password
3. Logout
4. Login with a bad password
5. Wait until the pidgin show the error message
6. Click re-enable
7. Doesn't show a password prompt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
7. Show a password prompt like it does for other accounts

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.0 with pidgin 2.7.2 on Gentoo GNU/Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
There is actually a workaround: go to account manager, disblae and re-enable
the account manually but it crashes... I'm going to open a bug for that.
