Fix all links in conversation windows #91

Some links incorrectly point to twitter

Also, Laconica links is not supported. We must support them!

Specifically:
Links to groups are not created
"Favorite" link outputs a message, but does not favorite the notice
Clicking the timestamp takes you to twitter
"rt" meaning "retweet" is incorrect terminology for laconica, "rd" for "redent" 
or
the ♲ symbol instead.

All non-working links were removed for now.
