Replace alp with Alfred-Workflow package #32

Alp has been unmaintained by its creator for years now, and as such hasn't kept up with new Alfred features and improvements.

Alfred-Workflow seems to be the go-to Python library for Alfred these days. Some context here.

Considered this for next major update but ultimately I don't think it's worth the refactor. Alp is working fine. I'll do this refactor when there is a definite need.
