Replace use of PHP by python #63

Please replace the PHP script by python, so that one doesn't have to install php just to run parts of this workflow. The same functionality should be achievable in python as well.

Totally agreed. I don't currently have a a Philips Hue system in my possession, but I welcome pull requests and will credit you accordingly. Thanks!
