Add a debug view #10

This view has several uses:

else clauses in cond- and case-views that don't otherwise need them can display this view.
this view can show various pieces of internal state, helping to potentially track down the bug.
when logging is implemented, this view can be used to export the logs for a new issue.
this view can also provide a way to immediately open a new issue with logs and debug state.

As a first step, let's add --debug to the manager's command-line to spawn the observable debugger (and any other debugging features I want to add). Some things I'm interested in:

memory pressure
GC
profiling for performance (some times the GUI is really slow, but most of the mobile users don't notice issues until that happens?)
am I creating or holding on to observables that are no longer needed?
