Update issue templates #17

These are default templates, we can edit them however we like, but this gives us a good starting point for working on our project. Since we are working as a group, I thought it would be helpful to have some basic structure to our project.

I agree. Are you thinking projects should be more feature based and less for overall tracking? That makes sense, I haven't had the opportunity to use projects with multiple people before.
