Telnyx SMS Provider [Feature Request] #12

Hi @benkuly

Would you accept PR for a telnyx SMS provider?

Also the option to set phone number format locale based on ISO standard country codes. Default as, Germany so no BC.

I need it personally and will get my devs to write against your coding standards and submit for review. Then have them make and changes you request.

All at no cost under the project license.

Please advise?

This can be set via defaultRegion iirc.

Feel free to add the provider :)
