Add support for StreamDeck+ #155

If this already exists, I apologize, I am just learning about Chataigne. For StreamDeck it seems it has a the regular, the XL and mini, but not the StreamDeck+ which has 8 buttons, a touch bar area, and four encoders. It would be great to see this supported as well.

I don't have the hardware, so if by any chance I can get one in my hands I could work on that. Partnership with Streamdeck ? Tried already, they ignored my proposal..
