NO INTERFACE in MAPPKINECT

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get kinect to work (newest openni, nite and primesense driver)
2. start mappiNect on win7 64 bit but with 32bit drivers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect the greyish depth video output from the kinect
plus the blue interface, 
but only get the depth video of the kinect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
i read on the screen inside of mappiNect:
current Set:examples/dmx/distance_toggle.xml
-> no id

i tried to compile it out of processing
but due to my poor processing knowledge i had
some troubles with the libary

Hello,
it seems that either you don't have the distance_toggle.xml mapping file, or 
you don't have a dmx hardware connected. It may results in error, i'm sorry 
about leaving this example by default.
Please try other mapping files, or create a simple mapping.
If you need a sample file to begin, let me know.
