Cmake support #8

Since I'm using cmake in my projects I added support for cmake to this library. It defines an object library that can be added to the sources of another target. The readme has been updated with instructions.

This ci build fails for other reasons: Can't open /etc/init.d/xvfb that has nothing to do with this PR.

Please let me know if you are willing to accept this PR.
