[Enhancement] Auto Turn Off lights that have been manually turned on, for energy saving purposes #24

In our house we have motion sensors in every room that form part of the alarm system. These are available to HA. It would be useful if automoli could be used to switch off the lights in rooms that are unoccupied, or even just set the status of a room to unoccupied, which would allow the lights to be switched off and he heating reduced etc, without needed for them to be switched on automatically.
