What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Keep a message draft in Gmail for a long time (six months, probably less)
2. Go to the draft (i.e. edit it)
3. Press "Discard"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The draft is apparently discarded, but it is not. It is still in the list of
drafts, and can be edited again (and sent, etc).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gmail offline, with gears (current version:
0.5.36.0;developer;opt;linux;firefox).
Firefox 3.6.8 (Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu Canonical 1.0)
Please provide any additional information below.
Curiously enough, old drafts can be discarded from the list of drafts, but not
from the draft editing page.
