ARM atomic operations support for gears

1. Try to compile gears on scratchbox arm (maemo sdk)

What is the expected output?
Building succeeded.

What do you see instead?
Compilation fails on atomic_ops_linux.h...

What version of the product are you using?

Thanks for the patch. I was actually about to submit almost the same change, 
adding
atomic ops support for both Linux and Android. I'll bump this bug once it's 
submitted.
