[Mac][Safari] Gears allows under install on Leopard #789

  Mac OS X Version 10.5.6 (Build 9G55)
  Processor: 1 PowerPC 999 MHz
  RAM: 512 MB

Gears:
  Gears version: 0.5.9.0  Release

Installed Browsers:
  Safari: 3.1.2 (5525.20.1)

Reproducible: YES

To Reproduce:
  Install Gears for Safari 0.5.9.0
  Install Gears for Safari 0.5.4.2

Expected Behavior:
  0.5.9.0 remains installed

Actual Behavior:
  0.5.4.2 is installed

Notes:
  Firefox also has this problem: http://code.google.com/p/gears/issues/detail?id=613
