[Mac][Safari] Error while syncing Google Docs. #841

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Platform:
  Mac OS X Version 10.5.6 (Build 9G55)
  Processor: 4 Intel 2.66 GHz
  RAM: 4096 MB

Gears:
  Gears version: 0.5.15.0 <<<Release>>>

Installed Browsers:
  Safari: 3.1.2 (5525.20.1) / Safari 4 Beta

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Gears
2. Open Safari and log into Google Docs.
3. Sync data to your desktop by clicking offline.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Gears should sync all the contents properly and we should get a green tick
ones its done syncing.
Instead we get an error message saying that Gears failed to update software
for Google Spreadsheet.

But when we work offline, the spreadsheets load without any problem.
