The 'Gears Settings' option on 6.1 standard phones are listed under the option 'Cut & Paste' #860

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Gears 
2. Open IE
3. Go to Menu-> '0 Copy/Paste' -> '6 Gears settings'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 'Gears settings' option should be listed under 'Tools' and not under 
'copy Paste'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.1 Standard device HTC S730

This was replicated on a number of 6.1 Standard devices and the emulator. It 
appears
to be due to a bug in Windows Mobile.
