Permission dialog truncates domain name on Safari. #877

The permission dialog on Safari will truncate the domain name if it is too 
wide for the dialog. It was fixed for all other browsers (which use HTML 
dialogs) in CL 10066160, by wrapping long domain names at the '.' 
characters.
