Gears license missing - non redistributable

I am packaging Gears for Ubuntu.

There are currently some files that have no licensing information and
thus prevents us from including this in our operating system.

These files are all Copyright Google Inc.

third_party/jsoncpp/json_unittest.py
third_party/npapi/nphostapi.h
third_party/sqlite_google/google_generate_preprocessed.sh

Would it be possible to add the relevant license information to these
files so we could include this package with Ubuntu.
