Gears disables java script map #894

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With Gears disabled, goto www.traffic-england.com, click 'Traffic Map'
2. Enable Gears and repeat the same
3. The map doesn't load.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The static or interactive maps should be displayed. The interactive map
depends upon Java. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE7, FF3.5, WinXP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
