• Columbus Metro Area: 2.1 million, including Delaware, Newark, Lancaster, Circleville, Logan, but not Zanesville.

Distances:

• A triangle from New Albany to Worthington to Downtown to the Airport is 24 miles.
• 161@62 via 62 to 670@270 to airport via 670 to convention center and Arena District is 15 miles.
• High Street north-south from 270 to 270 is 16.5 miles, with large NIMBY tracts. Building out from Downtown would allow a gradual upgrade process, as well as street rightsizing.
• Camp Chase Railroad is 15 miles, but mostly low-density construction, requiring significant upzoning and new construction.
