PFY should:

convert Charge de Affaire's be-geased characters to work for him under his own geas,
lift the geas (Late-game option? Or needs supervisor/DSS?)
convert Charge de Affaire's be-geased characters to Eaters in the Night (last resort, they go full shambling zombie)

geas is done by stealing soul; lifting geas (removing pin) kills person unless PFY can re-pin. Conflicting pins cause screaming.
DSS can turn pinned characters into Residual Human Resources, which are kinda blah characters. Very generic. Obedient.
