Is the summoning grid in the basement immediately visible to PFY? #7

If there is a "summon new people" ward, is it part of the grid or is it a separate thing?
Does PFY immediately notice the new-character grid or the in-progress general geas grid?
If one, why not the other?
If neither are visible, by what mechanic can PFY see new things?

By what mechanic are things marked as not visible to characters?
Can PFY talk to superiors? Who would be the superior? Superior would need to be a thoroughly-briefed player, but not one initially at the party.

This could be expanded to a magical-user general mechanic (with superiors): take a photo, send to superior, superior reports back with advice and recommendation. I am the superior.

Couple this with a mechanic card for certain magic users called "Third Eye" that allows them to see inside things of the other color.

PFY's superior is Angleton/GM

CIA's superior is Nazgul/GM
