From #1:

[ ] -thing to convert list of dates of things (#5) into list of tweets for dates: 18mo out, 12mo out, 6mo out, so on.

So we're going to need:

[ ] convert date, label, url into tweet-date, "999 days until event: https://example.com" for every interval before the date of the event.

This can probably pull from https://github.com/democrats/election-calendar/tree/master/2018 instead of the Google Sheet, to create the initial list of covered events.

[ ] make list of field mappings
[ ] csvkit or agate to make the list of day-of-tweet, event-type, event-link list.
[ ] same to turn the day-of-tweet, event-type, event-link into a list of events

file guide:

p2018_ is primary, g2018_ is general election, special_ is for certain special elections
_ev is early voting info
_eday is election day info: poll opening and closing times, hours vary by time. ignore

Things to grab:

[ ] primary application dates
[ ] primary voter registration dates
[ ] primary vote-by-mail application dates
[ ] primary vote-by-mail return date if that date is before the election
[ ] primary dates
[ ] general voter registration dates
[ ] general vote-by-mail application dates
[ ] general vote-by-mail return date
[ ] general early voting start
[ ] general early voting end

Some states/territories have some strange rules; we should err on the side of telling people to register eraly.

Each of those data manipulations should probably be a separate Jupyter/iPython notebook, with separate output CSVs for each's tweets, and then a separate thing to merge all those CSVs into One CSV To Tweet Them All
