I'm adding this just to make a note of the fire; I'm curious how long it will take for the demolition to occur. According to the Franklin County Treasurer, the property is delinquent on taxes since 2022, and according to an assertion in the code enforcement portal, the owner died in 2021 and has been vacant since then. Code enforcement started describing the property as "vacant" in 2023.
