Custom CGI environment variables

It could be interesting if we could create custom environment variables on
cgi handlers.

We use this feature with Apache on my office.

That's already implement in the web server.  We are only missing the 
cherokee-admin side of things. :-)

Looks great.. good stuff!! :-)

Please, find attached a slightly modified version. I've just changed the 
alignment of a couple of elements in order 
to make it look more consistent with the rest of the interface.

This was my first idea, but I indented all custom vars related elements because 
I
think it should be "into" CGI Common Properties.
