Recovery scenario for broken remote input sources #232

Is there currently already an implementation or plan to implement a
proper resolvement scenario for a broken input-source in a pool of
inputput-sources?

For example; if Cherokee cannot connect to one, it will be marked
'offline' and checked when it comes back online.

The FastCGI, SCGI, Mirror, and Rerverse proxy have been 'fixed'.
Even if there is room for further enhancements, the broken source handling is 
much better now.
