Redirection handler iface in admin is broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a rule to an vhost
2. Change handler to redirection
3. Try to set Regular Expression and Substitution fields

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is to be able to change both fields. Instead, when clicking
on the next field, the interface will submit the rule with only the
previous field. That means you'll end up with rules like: "Internal | None
| what_ever" or "Internal | what_ever | None". 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux with Cherokee 0.10.1

I just tested v. 0.11.2 and it's fixed there. Sorry for the duplicate issue.
