Changes to composer and the inclusion of resources to enable this module to work out of the vendor directory

@benmanu any chance this could be merged? Are the failing tests related?

Hey @adrexia will merge this in and take a look at the tests seperately, haven't spent much time in this module recently so need to get back over it 😄
