In bower I see that this project depens on angular 1.2 ans bootstrap-tour 0.9.3 so it's rather old. Is it maintained?

I am only fixing some bugs that pop up, and ideally I would just merge PR's. The plan is to drop this and replace it with a jQuery-free version... I just have to find the time.
