Correct typos in README.Rmd #60

Just fixing a few typos in the document.

Thank you, those corrections are most welcome! Perhaps RStudio deliberately exclude an on-the-fly spellchecker because they want to encourage these kinds of small but useful friendly interactions on GitHub repos? :alien:

Cheers! I noticed them recently when I was reading through the documentation for rrtools as I was setting my own Dockerfiles recently. Thanks for providing this fantastic resource.
