Rename the "Rice Video Linux" to "Mupen64plus Rice Video"

I think is better change the name of the plugin. It's my opnion, isn't the
right or the wrong. The developers could wait the others users give your
opnions about that and after choose what todo. It's very simple and don't
will take very time for the developer who will does (or no) this.

Before the Rice Video 6.1.1 Beta 10, the only name for this plugin was Rice 
Video.
But now he is open-source. Then Mudlord got the source code of the plugin, did 
a lot
of improvements, fixes and renamed the name of the plugin: Mudlord Rice Video.
Aristotle got source code of the Mudlord Rice Video, fixed the fog rendering 
code and
renamed: Aristotle Mudlord Rice Video.
The Mupen64plus team did a lot of improvements and fixes, I think the 
Mupen64plus
team deserve this.

Users that want change the name of the plugin: 1
Users that doesn't want change the name of the plugin: 1

We need more votes.

AH! The Mupen64plus mean MUlti Platform Emulator for the N64 +, and the plugin 
may be
avaiable for Windows soon and ...

This is not a priority.  If we were going to change the name of one of the 
plugins it
would make more sense to change them all.
