Readme #32

Added some changes to readme. Will have to update again when docs are created.

Lots of rewording/restructuring phrases and sentences that felt a bit off. I only focused on the first half of the Readme, as the second will probably be rewritten entirely once I'm done editing the docstrings and generate documentation.
