It is not mentioned anywhere in the User Guide what is the purpose of this [i/INFO]command parameter is. It was never mentioned once what information it is supposed to store, also what type of information it accepts (alphanumeric, any character etc). Hence form the point of view of a regular user, this is an inconvenience as I do not understand what to use this command parameter for. Even the name is generic, all attributes of a client are types of information, so INFO tells me nothing about what this specific field of client is for. Hence a major inconvenience as I need to figure out from using the application what this [i/INFO] is for and what it can store, and it is likely to affect a fair number of users.
