thanks for this great theme Bennett!

Based on https://www.getzola.org/themes/simple-dev-blog/ it is provided under MIT license but it confused me that this repo did not have a LICENSE file so here it is :-)

This can be helpful for people like me who want to reuse and adapt the code and before doing that I want to make sure that the license allows it.
