Add cross reference between endnote and endnote contents #25

Here's how it looks like now, which could be very helpful for lengthy thesis.

Don't worry about the visible bookmarks. They disappears once exported to PDF. footToEnd.pdf

Thanks @merlinran! This is merged here for the standalone script. I also worked this into the Google Workspace Add On version.
