The endnotes get created successfully but after the operation half of the document still keeps the footnote with a new weird order of numbering.

How many footnotes do you have in the document?

  1. I have tried to divide it into two documents and do the conversion that way but it did not work.

Is there a pattern to where it fails in the document? Is it always at the same point? It should be handling footnotes on paragraph elements and images...is there a table or something included?

The Google endnote addon was like this morning, but when I went to Run a few minutes ago, Run was not active (grayes out). Any suggestions on fully activating this plugin? I'm done inserting my notes and ready to roll. Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen that on any of my tests and there haven't been any updates recently. Did you lose your Internet connection? Reload the document and see what happens.

I'm going to close this issue (unrelated). Update on the issue I tagged you in.
