Allow SubscriptionFactory#buildDispatcher to throw MessageBusException #148

This pull request:

adds support for throwing MessageBusException from buildDispatcher
changes buildInvocationForHandler to throw MessageBusException instead of Exception
avoids unnecessary wrapping of MessageBusException
