#lang options

Add top-of-the-file options like #:spellcheck #t to turn optional features on or off.

Collect features here:

• spellcheck
• grammar / punctuation check (first word in each line capitalized, quotes matched)
• suggest rhymes
• fill in blank specifications -- couplets have no syllable limit by default, but #:iambic would be fun
• plain text description
• implement like #lang info
• customize rhyme scheme, etc (maybe even, a #lang ipoe/custom that requires all config in the same file)
• offline / no database

Also,

• syntax for comments
• a "print" commandline tool, to get the text from these poem/programs
