Syllable variables #19

Instead of just naturals, should be able to say #:syllables iambic or something.

(Same title, different meaning)

Since limericks can have irregular line lengths, but roughly the same relation between lines, we may need syllable variables just like rhyme variables. (This will make specifying things unclearer... )
