I want to test the impact of a penalty related to the word length regarding hyphenation.
For example I am very OK for getting hyphenation on a word like "Visualisierungswerkzeug", so the penalty can be near to 0. But short words like "Gruppe" should have a higher penalty if hyphenated as they are less readable then.
