Still allows unencrypted traffic when SSH tunnel fails #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Enable "Auto Connect" and "Global Proxy"
2. SSH server is down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Currently, it just displays an error message and then allows apps to send data
in the background unencrypted.

For privacy purposes, I would want NO data to flow from the phone unencrypted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SSHTunnel 1.3.4
Android 2.3.3 CM7.0.3 (rooted HTC G2)

Please provide any additional information below.

If an SSH tunnel cannot be established, and Global Proxy and Auto Connect are
enabled, then I want the network to be blocked entirely. It should either
route all data through SSH, or it should not allow any data.

I want to be able to connect to any unencrypted access point and know that 100%
of my data is encrypted through the tunnel. If the tunnel is not yet
established, it should not be able to access anything else.

This app is not designed for this purpose. Maybe you can try some other
applications (for example, connectbot) or just use a VPN / OpenVPN on your
phone.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

It is not designed to protect user privacy? I have looked very hard and not
found any other solutions.
