KiCad 8.0.1 and Toolkit 4.2.0 no icon #147

After updating to KiCad 8.0, I haven't been able to get the plugin to work at all. I tried downloading the official repository version (4.1.0), and the .zip file installation (4.2.0), but there is no icon in the PCB editor. This is the same as #142, but my issue was not fixed by going to KiCad 8.0.1.

Upon further investigation, this appears to be an issue with KiCad, not this plugin.
