Issues with demo #98

Looks like awesome stuff. I saw a couple of issues in the demo:

  1. With a wide browser, the styling looked odd.
    • [x] There was no table of contents
    • [x] there were two columns
    • [x] title was in the left column and all of the content was in the right column.
    • [x] When I shrank the width, it seemed to get more normal again.
  2. All of the demos after <stripe-elements> are failing.
